We are housed inside of The Hand and Shoulder Center. When you come in you do not have to wait in the lobby you can just walk through the single wooden door to the gym area. Either have a seat there or hop on a bike or foam roll while you wait. Since we do 1 on 1 appointments you usually will not have to wait at all.
