Dr. Shelby Shao

Dr. Shelby was born and raised in and around the DFW area. Despite starting out as a soccer player, she eventually found her passion in the water as a competitive swimmer.

She attended Southern Methodist University, where she graduated with a BA in Biology and minors in Psychology and Japanese.

Although originally intent on attending medical school, her post-grad service as a Health Services Peace Corps Volunteer in Sierra Leone changed that trajectory. Upon returning to the States, Dr. Shelby received her Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters in Strength and Human Performance from Parker University.

She is currently certified in Dry Needling and Webster (prenatal care).
